DAY 1
08:00–09:00 – Meet and check-in at Smiley Bungalows and get ready for an unforgettable journey
09:30 – Scenic minivan transfer to the pier
10:30 – Quick stop at 7/11 (15 minutes – grab a snack or use the ATM)
11:30 – Cruise across the emerald waters by longtail boat to Smiley Lake House
12:30 – Arrive at Smiley Lake House, check-in, and enjoy a delicious lunch. Spend the afternoon swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking in the views
16:00 – Explore the stunning limestone formations of Guilin Rock and venture into Diamond Cave, followed by a peaceful boat tour to watch the sunset (weather permitting)
18:45 – Enjoy a relaxing dinner and free time to unwind by the tranquil lake
23:00 – Lights out - rest up for another day of adventure
DAY 2
06:30 – Wake up early for a serene morning boat safari, a perfect chance to spot wildlife in their natural habitat
08:00 – Enjoy a hearty breakfast with a view of the lake
08:45 – Check out from your room (you can safely store your belongings in the storage room)
09:00 – Embark on a guided jungle trek to Bang Hoi Waterfall (weather permitting, with alternative options available)
12:00 – Return to Smiley Lake House for a well-earned lunch
13:30 – Depart by longtail boat, bidding farewell to the serene waters of Cheow Lan Lake
14:20 – Arrive at the pier and transfer by minivan back to Khao Sok village
16:00 – Arrive in Khao Sok - trip ends, but the memories will last a lifetime

- Surat Thani pier (for Koh Tao) – overnight boat service;
- Donsak pier (private transfer only) – for ferries to Koh Samui and Koh Phangan;

Our overnight trip to Smiley lake house was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. During the afternoon hike through jungle to caves we experienced a tropical thunderstorm and torrential rain, however the guides did a fantastic job to keep moods high and led us to amazing walk/swim through a cave. There was a good mix of activities and time to swim and relax. The highlight of the experience was the enthusiastic, funny and high spirited staff. Gregor
